This role sits at the center of the company’s growth strategy.

You will be responsible for designing and operating the systems that drive customer acquisition, channel expansion, and growth experimentation across modern commerce platforms.

You’ll work closely with leadership, creative, product, and data teams to build a high-velocity growth engine focused on performance, experimentation, and scale.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and deeply operational — someone who has successfully scaled a D2C health or wellness brand, understands the economics of performance marketing, and knows how to unlock growth across multiple channels.

What You’ll Own:


Customer Acquisition Strategy

  • Define and execute Biocol’s acquisition strategy across D2C, Amazon, and TikTok Shop

  • Build scalable systems to drive efficient customer growth at strong unit economics

  • Continuously identify and unlock new growth channels and acquisition opportunities

Performance Marketing

  • Lead paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels

  • Optimize growth against core metrics including CAC, ROAS, nROAS, LTV, and contribution margin

  • Partner with creative teams to develop and scale high-performing direct response creative + experimentation engine

Marketplace & Social Commerce

  • Own growth across Amazon, including advertising, listing optimization, and marketplace expansion

  • Build and scale TikTok Shop as a major growth channel, including creator partnerships and affiliate ecosystems

Growth Experimentation

  • Build a high-velocity testing culture across creative, offers, landing pages, and audiences

  • Implement a structured experimentation framework to continuously improve performance

  • Develop scalable playbooks for identifying and scaling winning campaigns

Data & Growth Infrastructure

  • Build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and forecasting models that guide investment decisions

  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and LTV

  • Work closely with analytics teams to improve attribution and growth insights

Team Leadership

  • Lead a world-class paid growth team + agency partner

  • Manage agencies and external partners across paid media, marketplaces, and creators

  • Establish clear growth targets, accountability, and performance culture

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or customer acquisition

  • Proven track record scaling high-growth D2C consumer brands

  • Strong experience within health, wellness, supplements, or longevity-focused brands

  • Deep expertise in performance marketing and growth economics

  • Experience managing Meta, Google, TikTok, and marketplace growth

  • Experience scaling Amazon and/or TikTok Shop revenue channels

  • Highly analytical and comfortable working with growth models, attribution, and performance data

  • Experience building and managing high-performing growth teams

  • Strong operator mindset with a bias toward speed, experimentation, and execution

  • Experience requirement that's an indication of whether it's a senior, medior or junior position
