We’re now looking for a visionary Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy, inspire our team, and take our brand to the next level.

About the role

As Head of Marketing, you will drive the entire marketing strategy, execution, and growth at Biocol Labs. You will ensure every customer touchpoint (from the first ad impression to post-purchase) feels seamless, personalized, and aligned with our mission.

This role requires a mix of data-driven decision-making, creative brand leadership, and customer obsession. You’ll partner with leadership on strategic priorities, work cross-functionally with Product and R&D teams, and build and scale a high-performing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Insights

  • Map and optimize the full customer journey across all touchpoints.

  • Personalize strategies by segment and SKU to drive engagement and retention.

  • Establish strong feedback loops with Customer Service to surface and act on customer insights.

Data & Analytics

  • Be data-obsessed: uncover insights to optimize campaigns, product performance, and customer journeys.

  • Lead continuous experimentation to improve acquisition, retention, and overall marketing ROI.

Strategic Planning

  • Own and manage the company-wide marketing calendar (campaigns, product drops, seasonal activations).

  • Lead brand communications, content, and marketing initiatives across channels.

  • Define budgets, performance goals, and long-term priorities with leadership.

Product & Go-to-Market

  • Partner with Product, Science, and R&D to bring new products to market successfully.

  • Launch integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and email channels.

  • Translate customer and market insights into product strategy and positioning.

What we are looking for

  • A strategic, data-driven marketing leader with a track record in D2C brands (ideally in wellness, or eCommerce).

  • Strong experience in customer journey mapping, acquisition, and retention marketing.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product and science teams.

  • Natural leader with experience building and managing high-performing teams.

  • Tools: Shopify, Klaviyo, and growth apps expertise are a plus.
