At Biocol Labs we're looking for a Junior Retention Specialist to join our team.

Summary

We are a Portuguese startup in the natural supplements industry looking for a hands-on Junior Retention to join our dynamic team and drive our customer retention efforts.

We are a healthcare company focused on making chemicals redundant through nature and science.

What you'll be doing:

  • Work with retention and growth leads to implement a strategy to reduce churn and increase customer retention

  • Implement targeted retention campaigns to drive engagement and conversions

  • Analyse campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align email marketing with broader initiatives. 

  • Generally, use customer feedback to enhance our products and services.

  • Work cross-functionally with CX and digital patners to continuously improve the end-to-end customer journey.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in email marketing and retention strategies

  • Strong email design skills / design partnership track record

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and performance

  • Collaborative, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills

  • Deep knowledge of email service providers, like Klayviyo

  • Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce platforms is a plus
